Abercrombie & Kent East African Hemingway Safari - 14 Days

The Hemingway Safari was designed to simulate the way Hemingway, Roosevelt, and others would have traveled through Africa. Our party of eleven stayed in four different locations in movable camps and one night in a lodge.
Thanks to modern travel the amount of country and animals we encountered would have required months for Hemingway. On safari there were eight airplane flights (between camps) and approximately seventy hours spent in 4X4 vehicles.

The areas covered were the Laikipia Plateau & Masai Mara in Kenya and the Ngorongoro Crater & Serengeti in Tanzania.

In addition to photos of animals and the Maasai I included a section on the accommodations as several people asked about them.
